Ring up sales, keep count of what is on the shelf, and see the one number that matters at closing time, on the phone already in your pocket. It keeps selling when the network drops. It costs nothing to start.
Shops: a phone number and about a minute, no card. Everyone else: see what shops near you have on the shelf, no account needed. Already have a shop?
Every shop on Lokal counts its stock on this app, so what you see is what is really there, with the price. Call them, or ask them to keep it for you. You pay at the counter, as always.
Reports are empty for the first two weeks. That is when most people give up. Day one is selling, plus one number. The rest fills in as you sell.
Cosmetics, mini markets, clothing, shoes, phones. One to five people at the counter, a hundred to two thousand products. Tap yours.
A lipstick in twelve shades used to be twelve forms. Here it is one form and eleven taps.
Search or scan, tap the product, take cash, transfer or card. A quick sale for anything without a label. Discounts with a cap per cashier, coupon codes customers say out loud, points for regulars. Every sale gets a number and a name.
Bring your old sheet in with a dry run first. Receive a delivery against an item and its cost updates. Do a stock count once a month and the numbers correct themselves. If a price ever drops below cost, the app says so: on the item, on the sell screen, and in the import.
What did I take today, by cash, transfer and card. Seven days as bars. Then the three reports that say something you did not already know: what runs out this week, what has sat unsold with your money in it, and what actually earns.
Pick a customer when they buy and their sales build up a history. Turn on points (earn on what they pay, spend on what they buy next) with the rates in plain words. Coupons are the shop's discount, outside any cashier's cap. Rent and licence dates get a nudge before they are due.
Invite people by phone. Give each a role (owner, manager, cashier, or one you design) and a PIN for the shared phone. A cashier sees prices; only who you choose sees cost. Every change of price, role or stock lands in an activity log you can read.
Pick one colour and the app derives everything else (buttons, highlights, the side rail) and darkens it just enough that white text stays readable in daylight. Your logo in the corner, your words on the receipt.
Darkened a touch from your pick so white text stays readable in daylight.
Sales taken with no connection are kept on the phone and sent the moment it comes back, each one exactly once, never twice. The amount on the top of the screen already counts them. Only the sell screen works offline, on purpose: a cached stock count would be a lie, and a cached report would be an old one.
Keep selling. 2 sales · 1,030.00 waiting. They go the moment the network is back.
2 sales sent. Nothing was counted twice.
Opens the app to one number: what the shop took today. Then what is running low, what is sitting, and what earned. Switches between branches from the top of the screen.
Unlocks the shared phone with a PIN, rings up, takes payment. Sees prices, not cost. Every sale carries their name.
Sales by day, by method and by product; refunds and voids with reasons; an activity log of every change. Export is on the way.
No marketplace can answer that, because none of them are there when the sale happens. Lokal is. Once it has earned its place on your counter, you will be able to publish the products you choose, at the price you choose (which can differ from the counter), and buyers nearby will find what is in stock and walk in.
Publishing is per item and always optional. Nothing about your stock or your prices is public unless you make it so.
Everything on this page is free today. When paid plans arrive they will be for extras (promotion on the marketplace, many branches, large teams), not for selling, your stock or today's number. Taking a working shop tool away is not something we will do.
Your products can come in tomorrow, or never. The quick sale works without them, and what you took today counts either way.
Works on any phone, on a small data bundle. Installs like an app.
